Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso Automation 181832DPU, 089402DPU parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vaisala products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uster parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Vacon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vaisala such as the HMP234D2A1A1EE12F2A3B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TEXALARMT1 manufactured by Uster and we are pleased to be able to service most Uster systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM070301 by Manufacturer Vacon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Valmet Brand ELTUNEC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vee-Arc such as 900753 equipment made by Vee-Arc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vee-Arc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vee-Arc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP341R made by Valmet as well as the popular 7150001 original spares produced by Valeron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1591AR by General-Radio and 900753 spares by Vee-Arc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ICPDIO0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vector.
